This is easy, you'll need a Photo ID, and proof of ownership (title, registration, insurance card, etc)
The photo ID must be present when picking up vehicle or any personal items.
Only the registered owner is allowed to enter or reclaim the vehicle unless proper documentations have been provided
NO EXCEPTIONS!
How can I reclaim my vehicle?
Can I schedule a tow ahead of time?
Yes of course! Reach out at anytime and we can do our best to fit your specific needs
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, Cash, Cash App, Apple Pay, or Cashiers check.
Can I ride with tow truck?
Yes although we cannot carry but 2 passengers at a time you can ride along if needed.
What times are you open?
We are open 24/7 for emergency towing
Our lot hours are M-F 8am-4:30pm
SAT- Appointment only
SUN- Appointment only
Where are you located?
Depending on the reason your car was towed will depend on witch lot location your vehicle has been stored at. We suggest calling ahead to verify location of your specific car. These addresses can be found on main page.
